Mauro Bellugi e partner, in total red, posano ammiccanti sul “Lullaby”, il letto rotondo girevole bianco meringa con testata in pelle brandy disegnato da Luigi Massoni per Poltrona Frau nel ’69. Il letto fluttua come un’astronave nello spazio di casa Bellugi tra moquette e pareti blu notte.
Interni senape per Pietruzzo Anastasi strizzato in dolcevita pied de poule bianconera (ca va sans dire). Sedie in tubolare cromato curvo e pelle nera, lampada Arco di Castiglioni (un must) e chaise capitonne’ in pelle simil “Camaleonda” di Bellini.
Nei divertenti ritratti di coppia in interiors delle star del calcio italiano anni 70, pubblicati da corriere.it, Bellugi e Anastasi spiccano tra i colleghi per insospettabile sensibilità e passione per il design di tendenza.
Si muovono in un solco più tradizionalista Franco Causio e Sandro Mazzola.
Causio, “il barone”, sembra a suo agio in posa con moglie e enorme peluche giallo fluorescente che avrebbe fatto invidia a Jeff Koons. Tra tappeti persiani, mobili in stile, bar con collezione di amari, si nota, con un certo vezzo narcisistico, un poster dello stesso Franco Causio alla parete.
Mazzola, in un apoteosi claustrofobica di legni modanati medievaleggianti, tavolo con fregi dorati e lampadario a goccia su sfondo verde alpi, sorride soddisfatto abbracciato alla moglie. Entrambi in camicia fantasia e gilet (rosa satin per lui) come due mascherine en pendant.
Gianni Rivera sembra volersi distinguere elegantissimo al telefono su sofisticato divanetto capitonne’ rosato con bordi bianchi.
I ritratti ci raccontano del gusto e delle tendenze anni ’70, ma anche della personalità delle allora star del pallone attraverso i capi indossati, le espressioni dei volti, gli accessori sparsi per casa. Mettendo a fuoco un mondo che oscilla tra il supertrendy e il kitsch più profondo e inconsapevole.

In the fun portraits of 70’s italian football stars (with their wives and partners) in interiors, published by corriere.it, Bellugi and Anastasi stand out among their colleagues for an unexpected sensitivity and passion for fashionable design.
Franco Causio and Sandro Mazzola follow a more traditionalist sign.
Causio, "the Baron", seems at ease posing with his wife and a huge fluorescent yellow stuffed toy that would be the envy of Jeff Koons. Among persian carpets, pieces of stylish furniture, a bar showing a collection of spirits and bitters, you can notice a particular narcissistic mannerism: a poster of Franco Causio himself on the wall.
Mazzola, in a claustrophobic glorification of medieval-molded wood table with gold tooling and a chandelier drop on green alps, smiles satisfied hugging his wife. Both are in patterned shirt and vests (pink satin for him) like two en pendant masks.
Gianni Rivera seems to want to distinguish himself on the phone on a sophisticated elegant tufted pink sofa with white edges.
The portraits tell us about the taste and the trends of the 70’s, but also about the personality of the football stars of that time by what they wear, the expressions on their faces, the accessories scattered around their homes. Focusing on a world oscillating between the super trendy and the deepest unawareness of being kitsch.
